By accessing or using the MyAndGo platform ("Platform") and any connected MyAndGo products ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by Fintech Development Pty Ltd (ABN 78 655 608 969) ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
MyAndGo provides single sign-on, unified billing, and shared identity across the MyAndGo ecosystem. When you create an account on any MyAndGo product, you are creating a MyAndGo identity. Your account, authentication, and billing data is shared across products you subscribe to.
You agree not to:
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, two-factor authentication, session timeouts, and role-based access control. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet disruptions, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Fintech Development Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. "MyAndGo", "AndGo", "SignAndGo", "ShareAndGo", "BookAndGo", "InspectAndGo", "BrandandGo", "CRMandGo", "WorkAndGo", "AccountsAndGo", "TaxAndGo", and "ManageYourTax" are trademarks of Fintech Development Pty Ltd.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Northern Territory, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
